Throughout his career, Julian has always sought to use direct communications with counsel and clients to resolve matters effectively. As a litigator, he sought to build rapport with counsel and used those personal connections to reach agreements and come to reasonable solutions. That approach has carried over to his work as a mediator, where Julian listens to both sides’ goals in order to guide the parties to settlement of their disputes.
